We believe that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our website FerrallRacing.com and for our horse racing community.
Personal Information Collected
Our game and our web sites have links to our online store which uses an order form for customers to order products, services or subscribe to our subscription-based services associated with our game. As part of our registration process for our game, users will be asked to provide specific information including name, age, gender, email address and zip code. During any ordering process of products or services we collect information including your full name, mailing address, age, gender, email address and telephone number (Contact Information) and your account or credit card information (Financial Information). Our online store will charge your credit card or account for the products and services you order. We use your name, address and gender to verify billing information. We use your email address to send you download instructions and to inform you of program bug fixes, new product releases and new product offerings such as horse data files, tournament entry files or prebuilt race files. We use your telephone number as part of the credit card verification and/or to contact you in the event of a problem with your order or your installation. Information obtained, whether through the registration of the game, community or for the purchasing of products or services, may be used to market additional products or services by and through our company. We do not share your information nor provide it to anyone. Users/members of our game or community or purchasers of our products/services will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from any third-party offers as part of our normal communications with our customer base, as well as unsubscribe or 'opt out' to any marketing offers.
Occasionally we may run an online survey, contest or game on our community web site, within which we ask visitors for the same Contact Information. If you communicate with us by email, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Contact Information. As part of your initial registration process for the Demo Version and/or Trial Subscription of Horse Racing Fantasy, all of the above personal information is collected with the exception of credit card information, physical address and telephone number. Once your Trial Subscription ends, Horse Racing Simulation may provide notification with offers and opportunities to subscribe to the service or other services offered by Horse Racing Simulation LLC. In addition, from time to time, through mail and/or email, Horse Racing Simulation may send you offers and opportunities from third parties whose business focus is related.
Finally, unregistered users may request information from us via email. In this case we only collect the email address of the requestor. Requestors may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Our site, FerrallRacing.com, or download game and our community web site may contain links to other sites. Websites directly related or operated by Horse Racing Simulation LLC will follow the same privacy policy. Horse Racing Simulation LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of websites not directly related or operated by them.

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Any personal information you provide is encrypted prior to transmission. We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process. In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when transferring your credit card data to our internal fulfillment system.
Confidentiality and Sharing of Information
We will keep your Contact Information and Financial Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property. Your credit card information is not stored for single purchases with Horse Racing Simulation LLC. That information is passed directly to, in encrypted format, the credit card processing company. For recurring subscription payments, the minimum credit card information required by our processing company are stored in a secure encrypted format that is not accessible outside of our webserver.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site allows visitors to request removal of their information from our database so as to not receive future communications. Contact us to request removal from all future communications. All such requests will be honored promptly. Users may opt out of all future offers from Horse race game by sending a email to support@ferrallracing.com.
